The staff were efficient, the room was spacious and fabulous with the garden and the patio, as example. The hotel's location was amazing, close enough to Sigiriya Rock and shops or restaurants and a quiet and relax green garden. It also was in the jungle.

My stay at Sigiri Charuka Resort was truly delightful. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The highlight of my stay was the incredible evening meal - the best I've had in Sri Lanka or anywhere else! Fresh tuna, pumpkin curry, and aubergine curry were just some of the delicious dishes on offer. I also enjoyed relaxing in the pool, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
Although my stay was exceptional, I did experience a couple of minor drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor, and there wasn't enough hot water for two people.
